PASKUHAN sa KAMAYAN

PASKUHAN: KAMAYAN CHRISTMAS BUFFET
When it comes to Christmas, the Filipinos out celebrates them all. As early as September, Christmas carols blare on the airwaves. Right after Halloween, department stores and malls explode with the brightest, biggest and most creative holiday décor. The official celebration starts December 16, the first day of the 9-day dawn masses, and ends on the first Sunday of January, the feat of the Three Kings.
It’s possible that the recent calamities may dampen festivities for the forthcoming Christmas season, or it could even bring about a deeper, stronger, and more meaningful observance of the season of sharing. Excessive spending may give way to expressive generosity for the less fortunate. Throughout the holidays, the one true thing that will remain constant, the only semblance of festivity that we all cannot do without will be food. The gifts will be practical, modest even, but the food; the traditional noche buena fare will be painstakingly prepared and lovingly served.
Kamayan celebrates this spirit of coming together and sharing the dishes we all love in its forthcoming Christmas Buffet festival, aptly called, “Paskuhan”. All the fervor of the holidays, a savoring of sentiments, cheered and celebrated only this time of the year.
Kamayan Christmas Buffet presents a most delectable line up of dishes: Kamayan lechon de leche, embotido, pork asado, mechadong karne, pancit molo, pusit aloha, pinaruparong isda sa bawang, sinukmani, tapioca and many more!
